The Story

Where It All Started

Fernando didn't open El GYM Food Truck to chase a trend. He opened it because he believed Fayetteville deserved something real — a burger made with fresh never-frozen beef, seasoned with care, and handed to you by someone who actually gives a damn.

What started as a dream became a community staple. For over 5 years, he's been showing up, firing up the grill, and feeding Northwest Arkansas one unforgettable bite at a time.
